Well, I officially had my first weekend off from running in months. I have been so incredibly consistent that I feel very disappointed in myself. That being said, I really needed to sleep in this both days. My body just didn’t want to get out of that bed and my stomach didn’t feel right either… I tried to make it up in the evenings but, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to because of a full belly on Saturday night and rain on Sunday night.
Excuses, excuses… I know. I’ve been in a funk and I’ve felt overwhelmed by work, school and life in general but tomorrow, I’m back on it full force. 5 miles or bust tomorrow! I’ll keep you posted on my time.
