Simple Stir-Fried Sugar Snap Peas

See that?!  There’s steam comin’ off of those sugar snap peas.  They were delicious and probably the easiest side dish I could think to make.  Here’s how I did it:

Ingredients:

  • Package of Sugar Snap Peas (wash and take the fibrous tips off)
  • 1-2 tsps of olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. (or to taste) Thai fish sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Let the oil get hot
  2. throw in the peas fish sauce and garlic powder
  3. Stir until it gets caramelized on the outside
  4. Eat em’!!
